Handcrafted Meats from a Hundred-Year Old Smokehouse

Hams, bacon, sausages, and the famous ring baloney, made the same way they’ve been made for generations, alongside cheeses, pickles, and pantry favorites.

OUR PRODUCTS

Quality You Can Taste, Tradition You Can Trust

“We sell things we can take pride in.” That simple philosophy guided Ed Drier for generations and continues to shape everything we make today. As he often said, there was never a secret recipe, just quality cuts of beef and pork, seasoned with salt, pepper, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Whether you’re stopping by the store or placing an order to share with friends and family, every product reflects the same standards we’ve upheld for over a century.
